How to start without a sales call

You can start without a call. See the work and prices, send a short form and get the next step in writing.

01

Why written-first

Written decisions reduce performance and pressure on both sides. The buyer can compare the promise with the evidence. The studio can reject unclear work, protect scope and keep one reliable record across time zones.

  • No sales performance before the real facts are known.
  • No verbal quote that later changes.
  • No important decision trapped inside a call recording.
  • No need for Sohan to become an always-available account manager.

02

The exact path

  • Review the work, process, prices and trust protections.
  • Send one private brief with the business, goal, timing and working budget.
  • Receive Sohan’s written decision: not a fit, a Direction Sprint scope or a fixed build proposal.
  • Accept one exact scope with deliverables, exclusions, timing and payment gates.
  • Receive a private payment request tied to that accepted scope.
  • Begin after the first cleared milestone is verified.
  • Review the complete responsive staging result against the acceptance list.
  • Clear the final milestone before launch, source/admin handover and IP release.

03

What the brief should contain

  • What the business sells and who the customer is.
  • What exists today and why it is not enough.
  • The next business event or launch date that matters.
  • The working budget band and decision-maker.
  • Any required store, booking, CRM, membership or other connection.

04

What Sohan’s reply should contain

The reply is a decision, not a pitch. If the requirement is still unclear, the smallest paid planning step is proposed. If it is clear, the response can move directly to a fixed scope.

  • Fit or no-fit result.
  • The one missing fact, if a decision cannot yet be made.
  • Recommended entry point and why.
  • What will be delivered, by when and for what starting amount.

05

Where a Client Partner enters

The pre-project decision stays written. After acceptance, an appointed Client Partner may collect inputs, coordinate feedback, translate and host practical progress conversations. Sohan retains strategy, creative direction, scope and final approval.

  • The Client Partner does not pressure, quote or discount.
  • A verbal promise cannot change the written terms.
  • A live session remains available when it resolves a real delivery decision.

Continue the decision

Inspect before you enquire.

Review the work, exact website options and payment protections. If the fit is clear, send one private written brief.
