Four money buckets stay separate.
Pay SP a fixed setup and platform fee. Your restaurant keeps its food-order revenue; provider charges remain separate.
Production setup, domain connection, configuration, testing and training.
Platform access, hosting, maintenance, monitoring and standard support.
Your approved restaurant payment account receives and settles food sales.
Gateway, delivery and approved service costs remain separate from SP’s fee.
0% SP commission means SP does not take a percentage of food-order value. Gateway, delivery, tax and optional add-on costs still apply.
Terms before payment

Activation
Production starts only after the full SP setup payment is verified. The free preview remains separate.
Monthly start
The service period starts on the agreed live date. The first renewal follows the first live month.
Domain + brand
Your restaurant owns its brand, content and domain or documented transfer rights. SP operates the platform software.
Provider approval
Paying SP does not override payment KYC, delivery availability or restaurant authorisation.
Cancellation
Refund decisions use completed work and approved third-party costs under the written terms.
Expiry / exit
New orders pause safely. Existing paid orders and open issues continue. Export and domain steps follow the contract.
