What a restaurant ordering website costs in India in 2026

The ₹99,000 launch price is for a restaurant ordering implementation, not a collection of brochure pages.

01

This is more than a restaurant website

The work connects the branded customer experience with the restaurant-side order workflow agreed for launch. The exact merchant, maps, messaging, pickup or delivery connections depend on the restaurant’s scope and provider approvals.

02

SP Studios’ published prices

  • Restaurant Fit Check: free.
  • Direct-Order Plan: ₹4,900 + GST.
  • One-outlet Direct Launch: ₹99,000 + GST.
  • Multi-Outlet Launch: from ₹1,50,000 + GST.
  • Three care months included; continued standard one-outlet care is optional at ₹2,900 + GST per month.

03

What ₹99,000 implements

  • Restaurant-branded responsive website.
  • Menu, item choices, cart and checkout experience.
  • One scoped restaurant-owned payment connection.
  • Private restaurant order workflow agreed in the Plan.
  • Basic analytics, testing, deployment and launch support.
  • Two consolidated feedback rounds and three care months.

04

What may cost extra

SP Studios takes 0% commission on food-order value, but that does not mean the system has no operating costs.

  • Domain, hosting and payment-gateway fees.
  • Maps, SMS, WhatsApp or delivery-provider usage.
  • New photography, video or brand production.
  • POS connections, custom APIs or unusual operational requirements.
  • Additional outlets, menu complexity or custom fulfilment logic.

05

Why multi-outlet work is scoped

Outlet selection, menus, stock, hours, pricing, staff access and fulfilment rules can differ. ₹1,50,000 + GST is a starting boundary, not a promise that every multi-outlet system has the same final price.

06

What to receive before build payment

  • The exact statement of work and fixed price.
  • Restaurant responsibilities and provider dependencies.
  • Payment stages, review points and refund treatment.
  • Ownership, account-control and handover rules.
  • A schedule that starts only after inputs and the dated Start Notice.
