How to start a restaurant ordering project without a sales call

You should be able to understand the product, price and next decision before anyone asks you to join a call.

01

Start with the free Fit Check

Share the restaurant, outlet count, repeat-customer route, current ordering setup, fulfilment method, timing and accountable decision-maker. SP Studios replies with a written fit answer or one focused question.

02

Use the ₹4,900 Plan when the fit is real

The Direct-Order Plan records the customer journey, restaurant duties, proposed connections, exclusions, schedule and fixed launch price. It is a deliverable you keep, not a vague deposit.

  • No build payment before the route is clear.
  • No integration described as working before it is checked.
  • No forced call when written answers are enough.

03

Accept one exact scope

  • Named deliverables and exclusions.
  • Restaurant inputs, accounts and approval duties.
  • Known third-party costs and dependencies.
  • Review rounds, acceptance checks and change control.
  • Payment stages and the result each stage unlocks.

04

Fund only the next agreed stage

Work begins only after the relevant payment is verified, required inputs are complete and SP Studios issues a dated Start Notice. A payment screenshot or browser return page is not enough.

05

Review privately before launch

The restaurant sees the responsive customer journey in a private test environment, gives consolidated feedback and checks the accepted requirements before production launch.

06

Launch and care

The accepted launch includes handover and three months of care within the written boundary. Standard one-outlet care can continue at ₹2,900 + GST per month if the restaurant chooses it.

  • If the same restaurant accepts the launch within 14 days, the full Plan fee is applied once against the first launch instalment.
  • The Plan credit has no cash value and follows the accepted terms.
