Restaurant Fit Check
Free
A written check before either side commits. We review the outlet count, menu, existing order routes, repeat-customer access and direct fulfilment readiness.
Restaurant-owned direct ordering · India
We build your restaurant's own ordering website: your brand, menu, cart, payment, pickup or delivery. Keep marketplaces for new customers. Give regular customers your own link.
Free written fit check · no sales call · 20-minute first reply, Monday–Friday 9:00 am–6:00 pm IST01 · The customer job
Zomato, Swiggy and other marketplaces can remain useful places for a new customer to find the restaurant. The owned channel gives people who already know the restaurant another clear way to come back.
That return path can carry the restaurant's own menu, service area, cart, checkout and customer communication—without SP Studios taking a percentage of the food order.
02 · A simpler path
This is the intended customer journey—not a promise of traffic, orders or revenue.
See the name, food, location and opening information without hunting.
Read a clear menu and know what makes the restaurant worth choosing.
Move through useful categories, appetising restaurant-approved photos, prices, item choices and relevant pairings on a phone.
Choose items, use the agreed checkout and receive a clear confirmation through the restaurant-owned channel.
Come back to a customer channel owned by the restaurant instead of starting from a marketplace every time.
03 · Real product evidence
BongFoods is Sohan's own restaurant business and founder-built website—not a commissioned client project or borrowed testimonial.

The public screens visibly show a branded phone-entry interface, a food-led menu with rupee pricing, and a map screen with location controls. The location capture uses safe test location data.
Evidence boundary: the stills do not prove OTP delivery, search, cart, checkout, saved addresses, completed orders, captured payments, savings, conversion gains or revenue. BongFoods custom product features are not automatically included in every launch; the accepted Direct-Order Plan controls the scope.
04 · Accepted launch operation
This is the operating flow SP Studios can include, build and test after the written plan is accepted. It is not presented as verified BongFoods restaurant-side production evidence.
We select, crop, colour-balance and place restaurant-approved images for the actual menu and mobile layout. If fresh photography is needed, the shoot is priced and approved separately. We do not invent dishes the restaurant does not serve.
Customers browse a mobile menu designed around the restaurant’s own colours, type, voice and approved food. They choose portions or add-ons and can see useful pairings such as a drink, side or dessert.
The cart keeps quantities, instructions, pickup or delivery details and the final amount clear before the customer continues.
The approved payment gateway runs under the restaurant’s verified merchant account. Subject to the provider’s rules, settlement goes to the restaurant’s linked bank account; SP Studios never holds food-order money.
Once built and tested, the order reaches the restaurant’s private partner screen with its time, items, customer details and agreed pickup or delivery information.
Restaurant staff accept or decline, set the supported preparation time, and mark the order as preparing and ready. Rider details appear only when the selected delivery connection supports them.
The customer sees the confirmed order and the status states the restaurant has actually updated, through the website or the agreed message route.

The free Restaurant Fit Check comes first. If the operating setup fits, the Direct-Order Plan is ₹4,900 + GST and is credited into the accepted launch. Direct Launch for one outlet is ₹99,000 + GST within the published scope. Multi-outlet work begins at ₹1,50,000 + GST and receives one fixed price in the Plan. Three months of Managed Care are included; standard one-outlet care is ₹2,900 + GST per month after that if continued.
No. A restaurant can keep using marketplace platforms for discovery and convenience. The owned website gives customers an additional direct route when they already know the restaurant and choose to order from it.
No. SP Studios charges fixed service and optional Managed Care fees. Payment gateways, delivery providers, messaging tools and other third parties may charge their own fees.
Online food-order payments should settle into the restaurant’s own approved payment-gateway account, subject to that provider’s KYC, pricing and settlement terms. SP Studios does not hold the restaurant’s food-order revenue.
The restaurant and its selected delivery providers do. SP Studios builds and maintains the digital ordering channel; it does not prepare food, operate riders, accept live orders on the restaurant’s behalf or decide customer refunds.
Yes. The fit check, planning, uploads, feedback and approvals can stay written. A call is optional. The restaurant must still provide accurate business information, complete provider KYC and approve its commercial rules and test order.
No. The restaurant needs an existing or growing audience and must actively place the direct link on Google, Instagram, WhatsApp, packaging, receipts, QR codes and other approved customer touchpoints. SP Studios does not guarantee traffic, orders or savings.
